A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, he owns and operates multiple local businesses, including Prima Pizzeria and Lucky Horse Tavern. Arthur focuses on building community-driven spaces that bring people together through fitness, food, and shared experiences. Outside of business, he enjoys running, fishing, and following Penn State football, and he actively volunteers in his local community.
